Web sites that Roger contributed to as a developer and/or designer:

True/Slant (2008-present)

Launched in Beta in 2009, this news website now has over 250 contributors and a million unique visitors per month. Roger created much of the customizations on top of WordPress MU to enable the many features of the site. Notable additions include curated comments, editorial workflows, active topic streams, FaceBook connect integration, and seamless aggregated content. Much of the work involves PHP, jQuery, and AJAX. ION Television (2008)

Relaunched in September 2008, this site represents ION Television. With a new, younger audience target, the site includes a few novel Adobe Flash pieces that introduce ION Television’s Positively Entertaining shows, movies, and contests. The site also includes a Flash-based program schedule that allows viewers to navigate through two weeks of programming.

On the back end, a content management tool supports multi-file video uploads, and a number of AJAX features that make it easy to manage the program information.

Roger developed much of the Flash Actionscript content, the CSS and styling, back-end database interfaces, the site admin tool, and all the jQuery and AJAX.

the South Florida Real Estate Guide (2008)

A monthly free real estate magazine in Palm Beach County, Florida. Site is a WordPress system with content management, a blog section, post notification to subscribers, and a form for snail-mail subscription requests.

Roger Theriault, Realtor (2004-2008)

A real estate agent website on WordPress, with content management, blog, and custom developed templates and plugins. I also developed the original version of the site, which was PHP with custom content management, photo uploads, and panoramas.

OceanTrust Mortgage (2002)

A mortgage website with a backend intranet mortgage pipeline, front end loan application and mortgage calculators, and content management, developed with Perl and MySQL (LAMP).

Motorola.com (1994-1998)

Developed the initial corporate content from 1994 to 1996. Created content for the Wireless Data Group from 1994 to 1995, and various sites including content managed consumer, business, and internal sites for the Paging Products Group from 1995 to 1998. Also introduced and developed back-end interfaces and content management.
