Deluxe Photo Package - $195

  • From 30 to 60 high resolution JPEG photos of your listing.
  • Cropped, rotated, straightened, and color and exposure adjusted.
  • Lower resolution (approx 1000×800) web quality versions.
  • PDF contact sheet.
  • All on DVD with the original camera raw files and an unrestricted use license.

High Dynamic Range Panorama Package - $60 each, 4 for $200

  • “spinning” 360° scene allowing buyers to pan around a room and zoom in on details.
  • As many as 40 images taken of the same scene at different exposures. No more “blown out” windows or dark corners, the exposures will be combined to compress the tonal range of the scene.
  • One panoramic scene in high resolution.
  • Formatted for web use as Quicktime (mov) file and as a one-shot JPEG.

Video Walk Through Package - $475

  • Video shot of your listing’s interior, exterior, and street using Panasonic DVX-100B professional camera on tripod and/or Steadicam mounts.
  • Standard editing package including sequencing & transitions, addition of background music, and effects and titling.
  • Web encoding in Quicktime H.264 format at 480×320, suitable for Realtor.com, YouTube, and other video sites.
  • DVD quality MPEG2 version (720×480) also provided. Custom encoding available.
  • Provided on DVD or via FTP.

DVD Option - $195

  • Custom motion menu with music
  • Standard definition high quality version of your walk through video
  • Slide show of your still photography
  • Can also include other media such as your personal commercial
  • Full color DVD label design
  • One master and 5 labeled copies provided
  • Duplication & replication can be arranged

The Full Deal - $795

  • Video walk through, up to 6 panoramas, up to 60 photos, and a custom DVD
