I can set your site up, create a custom, personalized template, and train you on the care and feeding of your site. And I can keep the technology behind it up to date, so you need only to focus on content - and customers.

This website you’re on is based on the free WordPress engine. You can download the software for free at Wordpress.org, and set it up on the host of your choice.

I’ve customized it with a special look and feel design template that is unique, and I’ve created a few pieces of extra code that allow me to easily update my listings and present them in a user-friendly way at http://RogerTheriault.com/listings/

The template allows me to embed video tours, panoramas, maps, downloadable PDFs, and photos, so that buyers looking for a home will be more likely to visit one of my listings in person.

Personal Real Estate Website Package - $475

  • Initial hosting company setup of the basic WordPress engine, plugins, and custom real estate plugin and theme, on your chosen (compatible) host.
  • Setup of site statistics scripts.
  • Design consultation, and customization of the real estate theme with your company and personal logo, color scheme, and specific page design.
  • Basic “property search” integration with your broker / MLS / board website (if available).
  • Training and documentation on using the system to add listings, listing photos and videos, and maps, and on accessing site statistics. (I’ll make sure you are comfortable with adding listings and content, and get you started with one of your current listings)

Annual Support - $195

  • Updating of the WordPress software and plugins following new code releases, including bug fixes and feature enhancements.
  • Newsletter and training materials on how (and where) to promote your website and listings.

It’s Still Your Website!

You maintain control over your website and its content - you choose the hosting company and plan, you own your domain, and you’ll receive a copy of the source code which can be modified or maintained by other PHP/WordPress developers (but not resold).
