In my earlier posting on the topic of news coverage, I mentioned that the Palm Beach Post has not clearly presented the facts. This past Sunday, in C.B. Hanif’s column The Listening Post, he provided a response from the newsroom to my e-mail to him on this topic.

I speak to home buyers and sellers a lot. It’s part of my job. More frequently I have noticed a topic that comes up in discussion is the effect the news media has on buyer and seller opinions and actions.

As I previously noted, there have been some significant changes in the local markets. Here’s my take on what’s going on, together with some real data.
