If you’ve noticed a change here, it’s because I have just moved all my site content, including web pages and photos, over to WordPress.

Many links will be affected but the site navigation has not really changed, it’s been improved. And the site will be easier to manage going forward.

Online video makes the move to real estate

I’ve decided to add video tours to my arsenal, because I believe that it increases the likelihood that a buyer will consider one of my listings for a personal showing. We already know that listings with more photos get more interest… and some buyers want every possible bit of information about a property, particularly if they are home-shopping from a distance.

Keeping Track Of Website Changes Is Getting Easier

More websites are using a method of content syndication called RSS to let visitors know about new site content. For real estate sites, this allows home buyers and investors to keep track of new listings and related news.
