Better Photography Gets You Attention
Homes with more photos get more interest, it’s that simple! Make sure you’re not being overlooked.
With over 15,000 single family homes and about 10,000 condos on the market just in Palm Beach County, it’s a mixed blessing for buyers. Sure, they have more choice, but it’s difficult to choose the right home if it’s poorly marketed and poorly described in the MLS and on Realtor.com.
My sellers agree… once they get on Realtor.com and start house hunting in their new community, they realize how hard it is to narrow down the field when all you have to go by is a single bad photo and the basic details like number of bedrooms. They want more information!
So guess what they do? They skip the homes with no pictures. They barely glance at the ones with just one photo. The actually read through the text and look at the pictures!
If you loved the home you’re selling and want to get the most money for it, don’t sell yourself short with crummy photographs… look at what I can do for you!

Then I’ll process them with Adobe Photoshop to get the proper exposure and color, and I’ll crop and straighten them. I’ll take plenty of pictures… and I’ll use lots of them. The MLS will take up to 16 photos; Realtor.com can take 25 photos now; my website has unlimited space.
