The hottest technology on the Internet in 2007 was video. And video is becoming important in real estate.

One advantage today is that very few area agents are using full motion video to showcase their homes. So while Realtor.com now offers video tours, your home can be one of the few Palm Beach County properties with a real estate video tour on Realtor.com, YouTube, Yahoo Video, and more…

Don’t confuse slideshows with video tours. I have both on my DVDs, so you can see the difference. Full motion video is more powerful and really demonstrates the flow of the home.

Just as buyers have been seeking more photos and text when they shop for a new home online, now buyers will be looking for a video walkthrough of homes for sale. Soon they will be selecting the homes with video tours first!

But that’s not all… In addition to full motion video walkthroughs, I’ll create interactive DVDs of your video tour for potential buyers to take with them.
